Greetings VCS family and friends! 

We hope that everyone had a beautiful Memorial Day weekend!   We continue to give thanks for those who have given their lives while serving our country and hope that while we enjoyed time with family that there were opportunities to impress on our children the privilege of doing so because of what others have done on our behalf.  We will continue to affirm in our hearts honor and gratitude for those we have lost and give thanks for the freedom that has been the great exchange! 

The excitement has continued even after students cleaned out their lockers on the last day of school.  Staff had a productive wrap up meeting this last Wednesday followed by fellowship.  Also, we celebrated our first ever boys volleyball season and our first ever all girls soccer season! God has been so good!  We are so proud of our athletes, supportive parents and staff, and especially coaches.  A great big thank you to our coaches, Mike Michelson, Jeremiah Martin, Frank Nameny, and Lynette Schone, who have demonstrated servants’ hearts and postures that uplifted and inspired! We also give a special thank you to our bus driver, Rich Fisk for the time and hours he gave once again, for his faithfulness, and devotion to both our school and our sports program. We also give a big thank you to our new athletic director, Wendy Johnson! I have watched countless hours devoted in love to our athletic program and our kids. We cannot be thankful enough.

Every day is filled with planning and expectations for fall 2025! We will continue to update you!
