JAGUAR NEWS

DEAR VCS PARENTS AND FRIENDS,

Greetings VCS Friends and Family,

We are two weeks away from our last day of school! Just ask our students! There is a lot of excitement around here and we are experiencing a sort of “calisthenics” of the body and mind as we race toward the end of the year! It is a true test for endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

As I have watched staff’s accomplishments this last month: deadlines, goals, closing of curriculum, and field trips. These, together with the students’ hardwork and cooperation have left me so pleased and encouraged. It is not that we haven’t dropped the proverbial “ball” from time to time. It is not that we haven’t looked back in retrospect and thought, “we’ll do that different next time.” We have. But it is the ability to cover one another and praise one another freely that has stood out to me more than once.

It has been a beautiful school year and has gone by faster than any other school year I can remember! But it’s not over yet!

Let us hope for it to be said of us, as in 2 Timothy 4:7 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.”

Girls Soccer

Girls Soccer practice is at the Alliance of the valley church M, T, Th, and Fridays from 3:30PM-5:30 PM

May 12 GS vs First Baptist Rosemount @ HOME 4PM

Boys Volleyball

Boys Volleyball practice will be vary between St. Croix falls Elementary school and the Pickleball courts in St. Croix Falls. Please see the athletic calendar for the practice locations for that day.

We have sigh up sheets at the front desk in the office for fall sports Girls Volleyball and Boys soccer. There are also sign up for Girls and Boys basketball for winter.
