Dear VCS Parents and Friends,
Continuing with the “God is” series, I want us to look at “The LORD is righteous.” From Ps 11:7 we have, “For the LORD is righteous; he loves righteous deeds; the upright shall behold his face.” What does that me for us? First, when we were born without any righteousness and thus could not have any relationship with a righteous God. Secondly, God imputed His righteousness to His Son, Jesus, such that when Jesus died on the cross, he made a way for us to obtain God’s righteousness. Lastly, when we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of our life, God imputes His righteous on us. There is no other way to gain that righteousness. When God’s imputes that righteousness, we can then have a full relationship with God. In 1 Pe 3:13a, we have this great promise, “For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer.”

Coming up on April 21-22, those students in grades 3-10 whose families are participating in the Wisconsin School Choice will be taking the state tests. These students will need to provide a set of headphones to take portions of these tests. This will result in all students bring cold lunches – no microwaves available.
At the bottom of this newsletter are some links/resources for you to consider regarding some trends in our society. They talk about the CRT/Woke ideological encroachment into our schools and churches. I want to thank Amy H. for providing these links.
It is not too early to mark your calendars for the Awards Night/Spring Corporate meeting – May 26

The Freshman have been participating in a drama class and will be putting on an original production, “Homicide in the Heights” on May 13

Pressing forward for His glory,
